Coming up is another great rock’n’roll weekender, Live & Jive #23 in Katrineholm, February 27-28. Some great bands and a bunch of cool people from all over. Dj Undertaker’s special mix of wild desperate tunes and killer jivers and Morticias fabulous selection of the world’s best female fronted vintage rock’n’roll will keep you hot all weekend! Thanks to Henrik Forss and his lovely wife Korena for bringing us this great event all the way from sunny California!
….and I can assure you that these Intruders are more than welcome to stay…! Stockholm based Intruders just got their first 45 on Sleazy records out and I’ll be spinning my very own Dj copy no 7 (out of 25) by these East Coast Rockers until my pickups fall off… Instrumental madness!

And yeah, it turned out a real cool night in that little Swedish community, with Mike Barbwire and local band The Riotous putting on a hot show, great people, food and Tiki drinks, and Nisse Johansson adding all those special ingredients needed for a successful event. Hell yeah, let’s do it again!

Getting ready for a real groovy event on May 11, Las Hultsfreed Grind, a strictly instrumental party with rockin’ acts, wild dj’s with only instrumental vinyl 45’s, burlesque dancing, exhibitions of tiki, dinner with fez, suits and dresses.
In other words…The Big Twang!
It will be held at Hotell Hulingen, Hultsfred, Sweden.
